FAQ
Quick answers on credits, clip length, billing and delivery.
Every generation is paid for in credits. A 5 second clip costs 1 credit, 6 to 10 seconds costs 2, and 11 to 15 seconds costs 3; asking for 1080p output costs 1 extra credit on top. The exact total appears before you press generate, and credits never expire.
Yes. Credits have no expiry date, so whatever you do not spend stays in your balance, including credits a monthly plan added in earlier months.
Your balance is topped up automatically each month: Starter gives 5 credits for $9.90, Creator gives 10 for $19.90 and Studio gives 20 for $39.90. You can cancel at any point; the plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and the credits you received remain yours.
Trial Pack is $13 for 5 credits, Starter Pack is $26 for 10 and Creator Pack is $52 for 20. Nothing renews, so packs suit a single project or a top-up before a big match, and the credits sit in your account until you use them. If you expect to keep making clips, a monthly plan costs less per credit.
The methods on offer depend on the payment provider shown at checkout, so check that screen before confirming. The provider processes the payment, and we never see or store your full card number.
Cancel from your account settings, or write to support@enzofernandezcelebration.org. Cancelling only prevents the next renewal; the current period and credits already granted are not refunded. Situations where a refund does apply are covered in our refund policy.
Move up to a larger monthly plan or buy a one-time pack whenever you like. Credits you already hold are never reset or replaced by a top-up.
No. The price on the card is the amount used for checkout, and the credit cost of each generation is worked out from the options you pick before you submit. There are no setup fees or surcharges.
